Answer: HAIRBOX 5 Hair & Beauty Salon offers an array of hair services, from mens hairstyling to Hair Coloring, Balayage, Brazilian Blowout, Keratin, Ombre, Haircuts. Hair Extensions and body treatments – making it the ultimate destination on Miami Beach for hair and beauty services on the go.

What are the Hair & Beauty Salon opening hours?

Answer:  Our Miami Beach location is currently operating:
Tuesday to Saturday, 10am-7pm.

 

Where is the Hairbox 5 Hair & Beauty Salon located?

Answer: HAIRBOX 5 Hair & Beauty Salon is located one block south of 41st Street and Alton Road (Arthur Godfrey Road) with ample parking around St. Patricks Church.

What is the cancellation policy?

Answer: Your appointment will not be complete until you receive a confirmation from us, either verbally over the phone, via text or email, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. We may require credit or debit card details from you to confirm your booking.

Should you wish to cancel an appointment, we will fully refund any deposit monies paid, provided that you notify us of your intention to cancel at least 24 and or 48 hours (dependent on treatments or service, see below) before your appointment time. If you miss your appointment or notify us of your intention to cancel less than 24 and or 48 hours (dependent on treatments or service, see below) before your appointment time, your deposit will not be refunded. No Show Fees are 100% of the treatment or service booked.

Cancellation & No Show Fees are as follows:

 

48 Hour Cancellation of Color or Hair Treatments
– 50% of services booked

No Show of Color or Hair Treatments
– 100% of services booked

24 Hour Cancellation of Hair Cuts & All Other Services
– 50% of services booked

No Show of Hair Cuts & All Other Services
– 100% of services booked

 

We will do our best to avoid having to cancel your booking however in unavoidable circumstances we may need to rearrange or cancel your booking. In these instances, we will liaise with you to arrange a new appointment or treatment at a convenient time and we will have no further liability to you in relation to the cancellation.

 

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE WHEN MAKING A BOOKING?

Answer:  The safety and wellbeing of our customers remains our highest priority, and face coverings remain mandatory in the Hair & Beauty Salon. In addition to our usual enquiries prior to booking, we will ask you the following questions over the phone or by email:

 

Have you had the recent onset of a continuous cough within the last 14 days?

Do you have a high temperature?

Have you noticed a loss of or change in your normal sense of taste or smell in the last 14 days?

You will be asked the above questions again when checking in at the HAIRBOX 5 Hair & Beauty Salon. If you are showing any of the above symptoms, however mild, or you feel unwell, you should stay at home and reschedule your appointment. DO I NEED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT OR CAN I WALK-IN?

Answer: We are currently not accepting walk-ins. We operate by appointment only so that we can maintain limited customer numbers within our service areas. For last minute availability please contact our reservations team on +1 305.532.7333. The salon is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am–7pm.

 

Do you have a redo policy?

Answer: We take pride in our hair and color services at Hair Box 5. If you are unsatisfied with a hair service we would like you to consult and communicate with you in person and together come up with a solution. Our Hair Box 5 management team is also happy to help provide other alternatives. Client redo’s will only be honored if Hair Box 5 Hair and Beauty is contacted within 7 days and the client arrives in person to the salon within 2 weeks of the original service.

 

What payment methods do you accept & do you require full payment at time of booking?

Answer: You can pay for bookings using Visa, Master card or American Express.
For bookings made over the telephone or in person, all treatments and services with a value of more than $50 are subject to a deposit payment at the time of reservation.

 

Answer: What time should I arrive at the Hair & Beauty Salon?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This will give you plenty of time to check in, use the restroom and enjoy light refreshments at reception.

If you arrive late, the duration of your appointment will be shortened accordingly. This is so that your appointment does not delay following clients. We will do everything we can to accommodate late arrivals, and we will try to offer at least part of your booked service (depending on the treatment or service). In some circumstances, however, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.
